About one or twice a day I go for a walk. Sometimes it’s a mile, sometimes more. I also sit on my ass and meditate for about 10-15 mins. It’s all about breathing and finding my center.

I tend to speak fast. I thrive on motivation. That’s not sustainable all day long which is why I need meditation. It grounds me. It’s a respite. It’s how I see straight and gain composure. Try it.
