Joe is a master story-teller and a true steward of his craft. For over a year and a half I had the pleasure of working directly with him on a B2B e-commerce program for one of North America’s largest food distributors. Joe has the natural ability to make order from chaos. He artfully solves complex design problems by always considering the user journey, helping others to relate and empathize with the pain points and needs of real people. Most importantly, Joe is a true team player, always making room for everyone on the team to be heard. I cannot recommend Joe enough— he is a huge asset as a member of any UX practice.

Joe Morris has been awesome to work with. We collaborated on early validation of a Checkout concept, and he went well out of his way to create a technically savvy prototype that helped me get the best data we could from participants for a fairly complex workflow. He’s always available to meet for a quick chat in-person and remotely, and he’s very receptive to feedback. I love how much he uses illustrations and sketches to get his ideas across, and he’s always trying to frame solutions/problems in real customer scenarios and anecdotes. Joe Morris is the kind of Art Director that as a project manager, I have very infrequently crossed paths with. Joe lacks the ego that often comes along with his skillset, yet he is one of the few I can say I’ve worked with who actually merits having one!
